I am as an architect. Part of my occupation is to listen to people. Actually, this is greatly relevant part. During these conversations I usually hear what they want their renovated flat to look like, what they absolutely don’t want, which things are they scared of and so on. What I have noticed during those conversations is that there are a few things that are common for plenty of my clients. Plenty of them want to have very modern flats, that would look a bit different than apartments of all other friends. Simultaneously, they are really scared to be creative. At first I was rather annoyed with this and was doing my best to fight with that type of attitude. Later on, I managed to find a solution I can offer for such customers. My solution is… wallpapers. They enable to go creative, but at the same time- look elegant. I wanna give you some concrete examples of this.
One of my customer was a manager of a popular bank. He wanted his flat to be really elegant and impressive. In other words- he wanted his colleagues to be jealous of how great apartment he owns. It is was also very important for him that his guests believe that he has that amazing taste - visit this page. He insisted to keep everything very elegant and simple. At first, he wasn’t even interested to hear about wallpapers.
When we are dwelling in the same
flat for a lot
of years, we're possibly a little bit sick of it design. It's good to change anything into the flat, however we don't have to spend too much cash on costly overhaul.
Nonetheless, I managed to convinced him that this may be extremely good option for him. Because of this, he can show to his guests not just his elegant side, but also that more creative one. We agreed to use stadium wallpaper (next
) in a living room
. At this moment, he seems to be very happy with his choice.
Last month I was also designing apartment of successful business woman. As we really liked each other, during our meetings we started to talk about our dreams, past et cetera. She admitted that she loved travelling when she was younger and that she actually has travelled more than 40 countries.
